According to Bloomberg, Binance, one of the world's largest crypto money exchanges, is among a series of investors who support a decentralized bank in Malta.
The stock exchange, called Founders Bank and valued at 133m euros
According to Binance, the bank will have systems based on Blockchain technology and will partner with the fundraising platform Neufund in deriving its legally binding share tokens.
the EU hopes to get a license from the state to carry out the official form. If approved, the bank will be the world's first decentralized bank.
Binas' founder Changpeng Zhao commented on the issue, "Malta is now a hub for traditional finance and Blockchain financing.
Founded in Hong Kong in July of 2017, Binance has an office in Malta, which has set itself as a "Blockchain Island" in March, passing a few laws about technology only two weeks ago.
