Logistics service provider: Book partner shipping companies online

The aim is for logistics services from the network to be bookable directly via the websites of over 170 shipping partners. In future, the CTL partners will not only be able to offer the CTL system tariff online, but will also be able to digitize and freely configure their own products and tariffs that are tailored to the customer group. Besides the Creation of new sales channels and a strong customer orientation in digital processes in the preparation of offers and order entry, this should also improve efficiency in the entire process.

“I am very satisfied with the white label solution from Pamyra and also pleasantly surprised at the amount of sales and customers that we additionally generate via the marketplace,” explains Thomas Huckschlag, Managing Director of Spedition Huckschlag GmbH and formerly a user of Pamyra4You. Huckschlag is one of a good dozen CTL partners who decided in 2020 to digitize their offer and booking processes through the cooperation between CTL and Pamyra.

“We at CTL had the goal from the beginning to pave the way for our network partners to digitize their services. Through our cooperation with Pamyra we were able to demonstrate the possibilities of the application directly in day-to-day business. Thanks to the white label solution, our partners can quickly and effectively expand their business model and position themselves for the future, explains Francesco De Lleichen, CEO at CTL Cargo Trans Logistik AG.

High demand for white label solution

“The demand from our partners for digital support in sales is extremely high and, to be honest, it surprised us a bit ourselves. At the moment we have a little more than one new partner per week for our white label solution and we are close to our capacity limits. We will therefore continue to expand our team this year, as we assume that demand will continue to grow. Based on what we are currently hearing from the market, we are assuming that the majority of freight forwarders will go online in the next one to two years, ”adds Felix Wiegand, CEO at

With Pamyra4You, Pamyra sells a white label solution for online daily price inquiries on forwarding websites. Shipping companies are thus able to make transactions online and can offer their customers their own tariff calculator that calls up and displays daily prices in a matter of seconds. These can then be booked directly online. Individual prices can also be stored for existing customers.

In the future, freight forwarders will also have the option of integrating various subcontractors directly into their offer using the Pamyra Connect function. Services and tariffs are displayed on the company’s own website and under its own flag, including a freely configurable margin for the mediation by the first forwarder. The principle also works the other way round: Forwarding agents with Pamyra Connect can also activate their services as subcontractors for other forwarding agents.

Pamyra is an IT solution provider for medium-sized freight forwarders and operates among other things, an independent comparison and booking platform for transports. The online portal enables shippers to get an overview of the offers on the German transport market and to book suitable offers. Logistics service providers can post their offers on the platform free of charge and use it as a sales channel. (sg)
