Lexware extends solution with digital invoice output

Frankfurt-based crossinx, provider of solutions for online document exchange and Lexware as provider of complete digital business solutions for companies up to 50 employees, are now cooperating. Through the cooperation of the two providers, the Functional scope of the cloud ERP lexbizz expand the electronic invoice output with crossinx channel.

This enables users to generate invoices in electronic format from the lexbizz ERP system at the push of a button and send them directly to the invoice recipient – quickly, inexpensively, digitally, legally securely and independently of the existing IT infrastructure. During the process, the invoice from lexbizz is automatically sent to the recipient in the desired format, such as PDF, XML, EDIFACT, IDoc, CSV, XRechnung or ZUGFeRD.

Cloud ERP: Solution expanded to include industry-specific functions

With lexbizz from Lexware, companies with 20 to 200 employees benefit from a digital center that has all the classic core functionalities of an ERP – like Financial accounting, warehouse management, procurement – expanded with industry-specific and interface-based extensions from areas such as HR, logistics and e-commerce. The solution also makes it possible to optimize processes with artificial intelligence and machine learning and to make well-founded strategy decisions based on smart data evaluations. In this way, lexbizz also enables small and medium-sized companies to look into a successful digital future and to prepare for future topics such as blockchain, the Internet of Things (IoT) or artificial intelligence.
