How the Raja Group keeps its service promise
To make this possible, the company has invested a lot in the digitization of workplaces and was able to react quickly to infection events and adapted work methods. In all branches of the Raja group were Hygiene measures tightened and partly cohort division and mask requirement introduced.
The group’s employees are in almost daily contact with suppliers in order to anticipate needs and secure delivery routes. The long-term relationships and the fact that 86 percent of all products in the range come from Europe are a big advantage.
You can rely on excellent customer service
Raja sees his strengths in listening carefully to customers, giving them expert advice and aligning himself with their needs. This commitment was also rewarded by external bodies. Armonia Deutschland GmbH selected Raja Deutschland as Customer Service of the Year 2021 in the category of office supplies and factory equipment.

Raja is aware that 2020 went well for the group despite, or perhaps because of, the Corona crisis. With the Raja-Danièle Marcovici Foundation, the group has been involved in social projects for many years. The group is of the opinion that a company has not only an economic but also a social responsibility. That is why the Raja Group donates one million euros to several non-profit organizations in Europe, such as Doctors Without Bordersin order to contribute to the support of life together.
60,000 euros of this will go to three non-profit organizations in Germany that focus on marginalized groups in our society, who often slip under the donation radar:
- Boards Germany: Several tons of food are destroyed every day, even though they are still edible. At the same time, many people in Germany are affected by poverty. This is the problem that the Panel and distribute food to the needy that is no longer used in the economic cycle and would otherwise be destroyed.
- Off Road Kids Foundation: The foundation effectively protects young people in Germany from homelessness. The Off Road Kids Foundation is the only nationwide aid organization for street children, young homeless people and young people at risk of homelessness in Germany: The street social workers provide comprehensive digital social work via the online help system “sofahopper.de” and are also on site in Berlin, Dortmund, Frankfurt and Hamburg and Cologne in action. In an average of 75 working hours, the experienced social workers find the best possible individual future prospects together with the young people who are looking for help and help with implementation.
- TafF: The TafF is a day meeting for homeless women in Karlsruhe. Here the women will find an address where the mail arrives, a contact point for discussions, for a warm lunch, the opportunity to shower or just to warm up and relax. The TafF also runs a small shop with clothes and all kinds of useful items.
Of course Raja will continue her usual social commitment in 2021. With the action program “Perspectives for Women” and the Raja-Danièle Marcovici Foundation, the company supports associations and projects that are primarily committed to strengthening women in society. In addition, the topic of environmental protection and digitization in the packaging industry is at the top of the project plan this year.
