Segro opens first presence in Germany – eCommerce Magazin

The Segro Park Düsseldorf-Süd, which is close to the city, offers a total of around 55,000 square meters of rental space, of which around 8,000 square meters are now available for rent. It is a revitalization of industrial areas on the site of the former Feldmühle paper mill and then by Stora Enso. The Segro Park Düsseldorf-Süd is optimally connected to the motorway network and Düsseldorf Airport and around ten kilometers from downtown Düsseldorf. There is a tram stop directly in front of the site. From there, the Holthausen underground station and Benrath train station can be reached in around five minutes. The global real estate service provider CBRE advised on the rental.

Segro is a British Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT), which is the owner, manager and developer of modern logistics and commercial real estate with a portfolio of 8.8 million square meters worth 17.3 billion euros.
