It turns out that games such as Sudoku and crossword puzzles have no effect on human intelligence.
In a study conducted at the WesternUniversity's Brain and Intelligence Institute in Canada, the subjects were divided into two groups. The first group was playing intelligent developer applications and games for 20 days, while the second group did not play any intelligence developers during that time.
These two groups were then subjected to the same test.
Research team member Bobby Stojanoski said that those who played brainwashing games did not get any better results than those who did not play such games; stated that regular exercise for cognitive development is more important than socialization, healthy nutrition and adequate level of sleep
