The highlights of Netflix and Amazon Prime Video in April 2020

The Star Trek-Parody The Orville was initially viewed rather critically by hardcore trekkies. Over two seasons, the series was able to inspire so many viewers that the third season should even be broadcast from the end of 2020. In The Orville travels Captain Ed Mercer (Seth McFarlane) with his colorful crew, to which his ex-wife belongs, in the best way Star Trek– Manner of the universe. The vehicle for these adventures is the research spacecraft Orville. On board the spaceship it is usually quite entertaining and turbulent, and also on Star Trek-related gags, of course, is not lacking in the series. The lively Marty McFly (Michael J. Fox) lives with his family in the fictional city of Hill Valley in California. Ron initially detects undercover and regularly sneaks in to monitor the Black Power movement. One day he has the great idea of ​​contacting the Ku Klux Klan and quickly picks up the phone. He pretends to be a white racist and is even accepted as a member of the hooded ranks. For obvious reasons, however, Ron cannot take part in face-to-face meetings and so his white, Jewish colleague Flip (Adam Driver) should eventually step in for him. Ron and Flip penetrate the circles of the KKK and finally find out that the racists are planning a terrorist attack. Blackkklansman runs on April 21, 2020 at Amazon Prime Video.

The lawyer Jeff Winger loses his license due to his falsified degree. He decides to catch up at Greendale Community College and there involuntarily sets up a Spanish study group, the "Community". The gangster career of the experienced Ray Merriman (Pablo Schreiber) and his accomplices, including Enson Levoux (Curtis ’50 Cent ’Jackson), comes to a standstill one day when the gang screwed up a robbery of a money transporter. The robbed money transporter turns out to be empty, there is a shootout when fleeing and several people lose their lives in the process.
